The Egg chair designed by Arne Jacobsen and produced by Fritz Hansen in 2006, from the original 1958 design created for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. A defining example of Danish mid-century design, its organic sculptural shell, conceived as a space within a space, is upholstered in red Kvadrat Divina wool blend fabric, set on a brushed aluminium swivel base.
