A330S Golden Bell pendant lamp designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto for Artek, Finland
Originally created for the interior of the Savoy Restaurant in Helsinki in 1937 and shown at the Paris World Expo the same year, the Golden Bell is hand-spun from a single piece of brass — its perforated rim casting a warm corona of light while preventing glare. A sculptural piece equally at home lit or unlit. Unused, second hand.
